FORT William slumped to a 4-0 Highland League loss at title-chasing Buckie Thistle, with Danny Conlon’s men unable to stop the free-scoring Victoria Park side.
Shawn Scott opened the scoring after 15 minutes, and Buckie’s lead was doubled eight minutes before the break by big-money signing Mark Chisholm.
Davie Macrae made it 3-0 seconds later, and Lewis MacKinnon got the better of a strong second-hald defensive performance by Fort in the 90th minute to round off the scoring.
Fort remain three points off bottom spot, and have six games in hand over basement club Strathspey Thistle, who were outclassed 6-0 by rampant Keith.
